Accountability through Community. Like I described above (in the Training Section), we offer All the teaching and support you need to become a lean, healthy, and vibrant adult. You will get nutrition coaching as a part of your acupuncture sessions, and/or through the 39 Minute Workout program.
If you choose the Treatment route, you’ll have access to the same classes and coaching on nutrition- mealplans, grocery store tours, nutrition 101, etc.
You will learn how to meal plan, shop and cook. You will track your progress, get all the feedback you need to make slow, positive changes. And you’ll have the support of a group of people just like you. And best of all.

You are built for movement. But this stat above is a shocking tale. Our lives have pulled us indoors. Made us more sedentary and weak.
Then what I see in most women’s exercise programs makes me want to scream. They give you weights that are too light. Work you out doing steady-state aerobics, and you take FOREVER to get a workout. And you don’t even get what you want out of this.
Because steady-state aerobics is an extremely inefficient way to exercise. Do you know that when a woman lifts the right weight for her, and does a workout with varied intensity (intervals), she can burn 3X the calories in half the time?
Yup. So by doing steady-state aerobics (ie. treadmill, aerobics, or any class that’s basically one pace for the duration), you’re taking way too long to get it done. But the industry has told you to avoid weights in favor of these slow, inefficient workouts.
